RETURNS/WITHDRAWAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

WARNING : It is mandatory to respect the original packaging (including how each Item was included in the packaging), because these have been studied and produced in order to allow the Goods to be protected in the best conditions during the transport.
Thus, for all packages returned without all the elements (in the correct packaging) included in the original packaging, EVERWEEDAY cannot be held responsible in the event of breakage or damage to the Goods. For all practical purposes, the owner of the returned Goods will remain so throughout the return procedure until the exchange or refund (of the price actually collected by EVERWEEDAY) of the said Goods in the event of a proven declaration of non-compliance by EVERWEEDAY.

A legal guarantee of conformity is attached to all EVERWEEDAY products for two years. In the event that this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

In the event of a return for proven non-compliance of EVERWEEDAY products, then the latter undertakes to fully bear the return postage costs (excluding transport insurance).

To do so, the customer must comply with the procedure described below.The responsibility of the Customer who exercises these rights can only be engaged with regard to the depreciation of the Goods resulting from handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Goods.

The consumer has a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or bear penalties. In the event that this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

Please note, no right of withdrawal can be invoked for Special Affairs, that is to say personalized or non-catalog items. In the event of withdrawal exercised within the legal periods, EVERWEEDAY undertakes to fully bear the postage and return transport insurance costs. To do so, the customer must comply with the procedure described below:

Warning: All return packages not expressly accepted upstream in writing by EVERWEEDAY may be refused and/or returned at the owner’s expense without EVERWEEDAY’s liability being held liable. In addition, postage due shipments are refused by EVERWEEDAY. For all returns at the expense of EVERWEEDAY, you must first contact Customer Service at the following numbers: + 33 7 69 84 44 47 or by email: web@everweeday.com.

I.            Return/Withdrawal procedure

1.      Download and complete the return / withdrawal form below, attaching photographs of the Goods wishing to be returned 2.      Send to the company EVERWEEDAY, as soon as possible, the return form via the following email address: web@everweeday.com or any other unambiguous declaration in order to formalize the return request on the website. www.everweeday.com

3.      EVERWEEDAY will send an acknowledgment of receipt of said request. No package will be accepted without the prior express written consent of EVERWEEDAY.

4.      The Customer will only have to return the products to their original packaging / packaging (complete and in good condition) with this form completed and signed. CAUTION: It is imperative to respect the original packaging / packaging (including the meaning of each element included in the packaging), as these have been studied and produced in order to allow the goods to be protected in the better conditions during transport. Thus, for all packages returned without all the elements (in the right direction) included in the original packaging, EVERWEEDAY cannot be held liable in the event of breakage or deterioration of the Goods during transport or during the manipulation of the latter by EVERWEEDAY. In addition, our packaging must not include any labels, tape, inscription or any foreign element, not originating from EVERWEEDAY. Any addition which deteriorates the said packaging / original packaging may be billed to the customer.

Once received by the company EVERWEEDAY, the goods will be checked by the quality service of EVERWEEDAY.
